It started in the kitchen, making fresh bone broth to nourish and heal. A pot filled with organic bones, herbs and spices became more than just ingredients — it was the foundation of wellness. The long simmer (24hr+), the earthy aroma, the golden broth at the end — it wasn’t just food, it was a daily ritual of health and love. That tradition inspires everything we do. Our mission is to bring you the same wholesome goodness in every product: whole foods, rich in nutrients, prepared in ways that honour both the body and the earth. No shortcuts. No compromises. What We Offer

Chicken

Chicken bone broth is great for joints because it is high in Type ll collagen. It is an excellent resource for your gut and aides digestion. Being naturally high in electrolytes it is the ideal choice for colds. It is also the highest in the block chain amino acid leucine which promotes muscle recovery. Chicken Bone broth is higher in gelatin, glucosamine, chondroitin and potassium than other bone broths and preferred to those with more sensitive stomachs.

Beef/Buffalo

Beef and Buffalo broth is excellent for skin, gut health, sleep, and mood because of its high concentration of type l & lll collagen. It is the richest in minerals of all the broths. (iron, zinc, manganese, selenium) which are essential for hormone production. It is known for it’s potent healing properties, providing a boost of energy and helping to strengthen the immune system. Beef/Buffalo bone broth also assists thyroid function by improving gut health (reducing inflammation/leaky gut), supplying essential minerals and providing collagen/amino acids (glycine) that aid tissue repair and blood sugar balance.

For Versatility, a mix of chicken and beef provides a broader spectrum of nutrients, including both collagen types.

At Health Through Whole Food, we are dedicated to sustainable farming practices, and preparing our products via small batch methods.

All bones used in our products are sourced from family farms whose focus is producing grass fed beef, buffalo and pastured chickens in the fresh country air and lush grasses of southern Ontario. The beef and buffaloes have the privilege of living outdoors with their herdmates, eat a natural diet of grass the entirety of their lives (grass finished), and are never injected with any hormones or antibiotics. The chickens are pastured, moving with the cattle as part or regenerative farming. they forage for grass, bugs, and worms and replenish the soil with nitrogen. |n the colder monthes, they are supplemented with organic CANADIAN GROWN grain.

The preparation of all products is always done with the intention of health, love, and true nourishment. Ingredients sourced mindfully, simmered slowly, and packaged with care.

We take pride in our products and sell only what we consume ourselves and feed to our families.
